Diet for 70-80 kg to lose weight

Breakfast (at 8:30 am):
3-4 almonds, upma/poha and one glass of milk without sugar OR you can also take the only poha one bowl with one cup of tea.

Mid-morning snack: A piece of fruit (whole apple, whole plum, whole peach)
Lunch (at 1 pm):
2 chapatis with boiled dal, one bowl of vegetable and salad (Not consume even single grain of rice for at least 1 month) OR You can also take Salmon, sweet potatoes, and broccoli
One bowl of vegetable soup / cooked green leafy vegetables / cooked gourd or Nimbu Pani and amla juice are amazing substitutes of aerated drinks as they provide vitamin C and have potent fat-busting properties.
Tea time(at 6 pm)– 1 cup tea with Toast. Take this if you like it and if you want to skip it you can for the better results.
Dinner (at 9 pm):
Boiled dal or vegetables ( Locally grown green leafy vegetables like palak, sarson, and methi are loaded with vitamins, are low in calories and help boost the energy level ) with one or two chapatis eat according to your hunger, and green salad you can also add paneer or tofu. If you are not hungry for any reason then you can take Fruits and a handful of nuts ( Nuts and seeds like sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, walnuts, and pine nuts contain heart-healthy PUFA and amino acids, which help in maintaining healthy cholesterol, improve blood flow and provide instant energy. A handful of these nuts and seeds will ensure keeping your hunger pangs at bay, further helping you avoid overeating. )
Drink water whenever I feel thirsty and even when more time, have been drinking water.
Sliced pepper with hummus, or a handful of almonds with dates
Workout (4 p.m.):
Working out burns calories and fat and boosts your metabolism by building muscle. But those trying to lose weight are notorious for overestimating the number of calories they burn and underestimating the amount they take in. Work out daily and follow a disciplined regime that consists of yoga, weight training, and cardio. Drinking enough water, walk with a pace of 10 to 11 minute/kilometer for 10 kilometers daily and staying in India is also very important to keep up the energy levels and help flush toxins out of your system.
With this method, you can reduce your 1.5 to 2 kg per week. It’s true not a fake remedy and it’s up to you believe me or not.
